Packaging

  • Original Packaging: We recommend using the original packaging when returning your item.
  • Alternative Packaging: If the original packaging is unavailable, please use a box slightly larger than the item. Ensure the item is securely packed with adequate padding to prevent any damage during transit.

Shipping Instructions

  • Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team regarding shipping labels and carrier options.
  • Ensure the return shipping label is clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Duty of Care

  • Reasonable Care: You are legally required to take reasonable care of the item while it is in your possession. Proper packaging is essential to avoid damage during return shipping.
  • Failure to take reasonable care may result in a deduction or claim for compensation.

Refund / Exchange Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the reported defect and confirm it is in the same condition as when it was originally received.
  • Processing: Upon successful inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
  • 25% restocking fee will be applied to cover shipping and handling costs.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
