Basic Operation
Plug in and turn on both power switches.
Set the desired temperature for each zone using the dials.
Wait for the HEAT light to turn off (ready for grilling).
Place items on one or both plates.
Lower the respective top plates gently.
Monitor cooking; remove when done.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Unplug and cool down before cleaning.
Use non-abrasive cloths and mild soap.
Avoid soaking or spraying directly into electrical areas.
Use a wooden scraper or brush to clean plates.
Empty and clean any drip trays if included.
